NEW DELHI — JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Himanshu Kala as Director of Rooms. Kala brings over 13 years of hospitality experience across luxury, business, boutique and MICE hotel environments.
This marks his third posting as Director of Rooms. He previously held the role at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield.
Himanshu Kala Brings Proven Rooms Division Leadership to New Delhi
At Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Kala led Rooms Division operations for the 520-key property. He also supported the hotel through a significant expansion during his tenure there.
Before that, he served as Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. That posting gave him operational experience across one of East India's busiest luxury business hotels.
His career spans luxury, business, boutique and MICE hotel formats across more than 13 years. That range across different hotel types shapes a well-rounded operational perspective at the director level.
