NEW DELHI — Jai Nautiyal has been appointed Corporate Head of Food & Beverage Operations at Ahuja Residences, bringing over 15 years of luxury hospitality and F&B leadership to one of India's growing independent hotel groups, which runs 17 operational properties across the country with more in the pipeline.

Jai Nautiyal Steps Into a Group-Wide F&B Leadership Role at Ahuja Residences

In this role, Nautiyal oversees F&B strategy, operations and guest experience standards across all 17 Ahuja Residences hotel properties, while also leading pre-opening F&B planning for the properties coming online next across Pan India. His remit covers end-to-end F&B management — SOP architecture, menu engineering, P&L accountability, vendor management and team development and he works directly alongside the group's COO and CHRO on organisational planning and F&B-led brand building.

It is a corporate role in the real sense, not anchored to one property but responsible for all of them. That is a different challenge from running F&B at a single hotel, regardless of its size.

Fifteen Years of experience Across Luxury Hotel Brands

Before joining Ahuja Residences, Jai Nautiyal built his career across Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, The Grand New Delhi and Marriott International. That is a mix of homegrown Indian luxury brands and large international operators, each running their F&B operations with different philosophies, different SOP cultures and different commercial priorities.

Park Hotels is known for design-led dining with a strong sense of identity. Radisson and Marriott bring global frameworks and operational scale. The Grand New Delhi is one of the capital's most established addresses with a long-standing reputation to protect. Working across all four over 15 years builds the kind of cross-functional instinct that a group-level role like this one needs someone who understands F&B not just from the kitchen or the floor, but from the P&L and the brand level too.

His expertise covers multi-property F&B operations, SOP development, menu engineering, P&L management, pre-opening planning, FSSAI compliance and team leadership.

Jai Nautiyal's Mandate at Ahuja Residences

Nautiyal's work at Ahuja Residences sits across four areas. Portfolio alignment means keeping F&B strategy, standards and guest experience consistent across all 17 properties. Pre-opening leadership means driving F&B setup for the new properties coming into the portfolio, from concept through to launch. Commercial performance means owning P&L across the full F&B portfolio and driving revenue and cost efficiency at the outlet level. And senior collaboration means working with the COO and CHRO on brand-building strategy that has F&B at the centre.
