Jayanti Seth Appointed Assistant Manager L&D at Radisson Gurugram

GURUGRAM, Haryana — Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar has appointed Jayanti Seth as Assistant Manager – Learning and Development, adding a training and people development specialist to its human resources team.

Seth will lead learning and development initiatives focused on employee engagement, service excellence and continuous growth across the hotel.

Seth's background spans human resources and learning and development, with expertise in training, employee engagement, people development and workplace culture.

In her new role, she will work directly with hotel teams to design and deliver training programs aimed at strengthening service standards.

Academic Background in Hospitality Administration

Seth holds an MSc in Hospitality Administration and Human Resources from AIHM, Chandigarh, and a BSc in Hospitality Administration and Management from the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.

Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar operates under Radisson Hotel Group. The hotel has not announced further leadership changes alongside this appointment.
