NEW DELHI — Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity have appointed Mala Makan as Director of Sales, adding a hospitality sales professional with 27 years of experience to the property's commercial leadership team.
Makan will lead the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, MICE and leisure segments.
Mala Makan Brings 27 Years of Hospitality Sales Experience to Aerocity
Makan joins with previous leadership roles at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Hyatt Regency Delhi and Radisson Blu New Delhi, where she led sales teams and managed large-scale conferences and events across corporate, government, diplomatic and MICE sectors.
She has been recognised with the Best Head of Banquet Sales and Operations award in the Modern and Contemporary Luxury Hotel category at the Viksit Delhi Tourism and Hospitality awards.
New Role Covers Business Development and Key Account Management
In her new position, Makan will develop strategic business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, and drive revenue growth across multiple market segments at the dual-branded Aerocity property.
