Manoj Bhatt Appointed Cluster Manager L&D at Mahindra Holidays
Manoj Bhatt joins Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India as Cluster Manager Learning and Development with experience across Radisson, Leisure Hotels and MHRIL.
RAMNAGAR, UTTARAKHAND — Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited has appointed Manoj Bhatt as Cluster Manager for Learning and Development. The appointment marks a return to MHRIL for Bhatt, who previously served as Assistant Manager Learning and Development within the company's Uttarakhand cluster.
He joins from Radisson Hotel Group, where he served as Learning and Development Manager at Jim Corbett National Park for over two years.
Manoj Bhatt Built L&D and HR Career Across Uttarakhand Hospitality
His career is deeply rooted in the Uttarakhand hospitality market. He has worked across Ramnagar, Nainital and the Jim Corbett corridor across multiple roles in learning, development and human resources.
At Leisure Hotels Group in Nainital he served as Assistant Manager Human Resources, handling payroll, vendor negotiation and employer branding. At Aahana The Corbett Wilderness he held the HR Manager role, leading strategic human resource planning and talent acquisition for the wilderness resort property.
His first stint at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India covered learning interventions across all resorts in the Uttarakhand cluster as Assistant Manager Learning and Development. His return in a Cluster Manager capacity reflects direct recognition of that earlier work within the organisation.
Manoj Bhatt holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Bedfordshire in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. He also holds a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Kumaun University Nainital.
What the Role Covers at MHRIL
As Cluster Manager for Learning and Development, Bhatt will oversee training delivery, learning strategy and personnel development across the designated cluster properties for Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India. His work also covers hotel sustainability and environmental awareness within employee training and onboarding frameworks.
