Milan Rawal Appointed HR Manager at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90

GURUGRAM, Haryana — Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 has appointed Milan Rawal as Human Resources Manager, adding a hospitality HR professional with over nine years of experience to its leadership team.

Rawal's previous employers include Foodlink F&B Holdings Ltd., Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Hyatt Place Hampi and Goan Recreation Clubs Pvt. Ltd.

In her new role, Rawal oversees talent acquisition, payroll management, employee relations, workforce planning, budgeting, employee engagement, learning and development and compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Her career spans hospitality HR operations across hotel and food and beverage businesses, covering both branded international properties and independent operators.

Academic Background Spans Business and Commerce

Milan Rawal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MIT University and a Master of Commerce from S.S. Dempo College of Commerce and Economics.
