Biswas joins with over 14 years of industry experience, bringing operational expertise across luxury and upscale hospitality environments.

Prosenjit Biswas as Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel Ahmedabad 

In his new role, Prosenjit Biswas will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including restaurant management, service delivery, and guest engagement. His mandate includes enhancing dining experiences, improving operational efficiency, and aligning service standards with evolving guest expectations.

The appointment reflects Novotel Ahmedabad’s focus on strengthening its F&B division as a key component of its overall hospitality offering, particularly in a competitive urban market.

Experience Across Large-Scale Operations

Prior to joining Novotel Ahmedabad, Prosenjit Biswas was associated with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre. In these roles, he managed large-scale food and beverage operations within a high-volume hospitality environment, contributing to service delivery and operational coordination.

His experience includes handling complex banquet operations and managing multiple dining outlets, supporting both business and event-driven hospitality segments.

Career Progression within Accor

Prosenjit Biswas has spent nearly a decade within the Accor ecosystem, holding progressive leadership roles across Bengaluru and Chennai. His positions included Outlets Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Team Leader.

During this period, he worked on streamlining outlet operations, strengthening team performance, and delivering structured service standards across different formats. His experience reflects a consistent progression through operational and managerial responsibilities within the brand.

Additional Industry Exposure

Prosenjit Biswas served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu, Visakhapatnam. This role expanded his exposure to high-volume operations, planning, and execution of guest-focused dining concepts.

His background across multiple hospitality brands has contributed to a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management, team coordination, and service execution in varied operating environments.
