RANTHAMBORE — Pranav Bharadwaj has been appointed General Manager of Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore. He joins Black Rock Hotels and Resorts with close to three decades of hospitality experience across IHG Hotels and Resorts, Leela Kempinski Hotels, Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
He joins from Regenta Suites Gurugram, where he led business transformation work focused on market positioning, operational improvements and overall business performance.
Pranav Bharadwaj Brings Three Decades of Hotel Leadership to Ranthambore
His career spans hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue optimisation and guest experience management across some of India's most recognised hospitality groups. He has held several leadership roles across those functions over nearly 30 years in the industry.
His experience working across IHG, Leela Kempinski, Marriott and Starwood gives him direct exposure to four distinct brand cultures and operating frameworks. Few GMs at this level carry that breadth across global and Indian luxury brand families simultaneously.
At Regenta Suites Gurugram, he focused on building stronger market position and running tighter operations. That commercial focus translates directly into what a growing wildlife resort brand needs at this stage.

As General Manager, Bharadwaj will oversee all resort operations at Aamaghati Wildlife Resort Ranthambore. His focus covers guest experience, operational performance and the property's positioning within the luxury wildlife hospitality segment.
