JAIPUR — Rahul Prashar has been appointed Hotel Manager at Fairmont Jaipur. He brings over 18 years of luxury hospitality experience across Taj, Hyatt, Westin and Marriott International.

Prashar steps into the Hotel Manager role at Fairmont Jaipur, a 245-room luxury hotel set in the Aravalli hills. He takes responsibility for hotel operations, service standards and team development.
He is recognised for improving guest voice scores and delivering consistent business performance. His background also includes hotel pre-opening projects and operational transitions across luxury brands.
Rahul Parashar's Experience and Background
Prashar began his career with the Taj Group at Taj Bengal Kolkata as Guest Services Supervisor. He then progressed through Duty Manager roles at Taj Hari Mahal and Vivanta by Taj.
He moved to Hyatt Regency Chandigarh as Front Office Manager. His next role was Rooms Division Manager at Westin Kolkata Rajarhat.
Most recently, he served as Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. That posting gave him operational leadership at one of Mumbai's busiest five-star hotels.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Council of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhubaneswar.
