Reekshit Siddhanta Deputy General Manager at Taj North Goa

Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa in North Goa have appointed Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager across both properties. Siddhanta joins with 24 years of hospitality experience, built entirely within luxury hotel operations.

The two resorts sit adjacent to each other on Sinquerim Beach in Candolim — a stretch of North Goa coastline that draws leisure travellers, destination wedding groups and high-profile guests year-round. Managing operations across both properties is a role that demands range, and Siddhanta has spent two decades building exactly that.

Reekshit Siddhanta's Career Across Taj and Luxury Hotel Brands

Siddhanta started his career with Indian Hotels Company Limited as a management trainee in housekeeping. From there, he worked his way up through some of the most demanding addresses in Indian luxury hospitality.

He served as Executive Housekeeper at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur and was part of the pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad — two properties that set the bar for formal luxury service in India.

His focus then shifted to rooms division leadership. He held the Director of Rooms role at Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa, and Taj Dubai, moving across domestic and international markets over the course of his career.

Before this appointment, he was Hotel Manager at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa — a role that gave him direct operational responsibility for one of IHCL's flagship coastal properties.

Reekshit Siddhanta at North Goa Properties As Deputy General Manager

Siddhanta will oversee operations across Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa. His remit covers guest experience, service delivery and day-to-day operational processes at both addresses.

Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa opened in 1974 as India's first luxury beach resort. The 42-acre property on Sinquerim Beach carries 143 guest accommodations, four restaurants and the J Wellness Circle spa. It has hosted heads of state, royalty and celebrities across its 50-year history.

Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa sits adjacent to Fort Aguada, extending the guest experience across a wider beachfront footprint. The two properties share access to dining, wellness and leisure facilities — a dual-property setup that calls for tight operational coordination.
