Sagar Kulkarni New Director of Operations at Indore Marriott Hotel

INDORE, Madhya Pradesh — Indore Marriott Hotel has appointed Sagar Kulkarni as Director of Operations, placing an 18-year food and beverage specialist in charge of property-wide daily operations.

Kulkarni moves into the role from Sheraton Grand Pune, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage for nearly three years.

Sagar Kulkarni Brings 18-Year F&B and Operations Career to Indore Marriott

Before Sheraton Grand Pune, Kulkarni held the Director of Food and Beverage position at Hilton Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai and at Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore. He also worked as Food and Beverage Manager at The Park Hotels in Mumbai's Juhu area and at Sarovar Hotels and Resorts.

Earlier roles included Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Novotel Pune and a six-year stint with Sofitel in the Mumbai area, where he rose to Banquet Operations Manager. He began his career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Renaissance Hotels in the Mumbai metropolitan region.

F&B Depth Underpins His Move Into Full Operations Leadership

Sagar Kulkarni's career has run almost entirely through food and beverage functions across premium and luxury brands Marriott, Hilton, Sofitel, IHG and Sarovar among them. That background gives him direct working knowledge of one of the more complex and revenue-significant departments in a full-service hotel.

At Indore Marriott, he steps up to oversee all departments, working with on-site teams on guest satisfaction and operational performance targets.

Indore Marriott Strengthens Senior Leadership Team

Indore is one of central India's fastest-growing commercial cities, with corporate travel and MICE demand driving hotel occupancy in the market. Kulkarni holds academic credentials from Mangalore University.

The hotel has not announced further senior appointments alongside this one.
