Sunanda Sathish, with over 25 years of experience with Marriott International, has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport.
The appointment of a seasoned people leader to head up the hotel’s human resources function comes at a time when hospitality brands are putting renewed focus on associate well-being and workplace culture.
Sunanda Sathish brings 25 years of Marriott experience to Mumbai Airport role
Sathish has worked across multiple properties and cities in India during her tenure with Marriott International. Before taking up her current positions at The Westin Hyderabad and The Westin Pune, she served as the Human Resources Manager at the erstwhile Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.
Her journey through the organisation has been marked consistently with a focus on hiring practices, talent development and building work environments where associates are encouraged to grow. With each posting, she added a new dimension to her understanding of large-scale hotel operations and the human systems that support them.
