The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas has announced the appointment of Yogesh Arya as Director of Finance, bringing with him over 13 years of financial leadership across global hospitality brands including Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, and RDH Hotels. Arya’s proven record in driving financial performance, efficiency, and compliance positions him to play a key role in the resort’s continued growth.
Proven Track Record of Driving Performance and Efficiency
Before joining The Westin Himalayas, Arya served as Assistant Director of Finance at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he successfully led the finance team and implemented strategies that strengthened financial governance and profitability. His earlier tenures with Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts in cluster and property roles enhanced his expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational controls — all vital to ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.

At The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas, Arya will lead the property’s financial strategy, compliance, and performance management, aligning with Marriott International’s standards while supporting the resort’s vision for strategic growth.
