In his new role, Ulf Bremer will oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations, including guest experience, service delivery, and team leadership. His mandate includes aligning the property’s operational framework with Four Seasons standards while preparing the resort for its market debut.
The property is positioned as a wellness-focused destination, built around three core experiential pillars—movement, stillness, and discovery. Bremer will lead the integration of these elements into the guest journey, ensuring a consistent and immersive experience across the resort.

The resort’s concept centres on a regenerative approach to hospitality, with wellness and sustainability forming key components of its operational philosophy. Bremer is tasked with embedding these principles into daily operations, including personalised guest programming and environmentally conscious practices.
Located between the Hijazi Mountains and the Red Sea coastline, the property is designed to offer nature-led experiences. Facilities include 202 accommodations comprising guest rooms, suites, and villas, each with private outdoor spaces, as well as wellness infrastructure such as the HYLIAA Wellness & Spa and curated outdoor experiences.
The resort will also feature the Discovery Centre, focused on regional ecosystems, alongside Corallium, a marine institute dedicated to conservation and research, reflecting the broader development vision of Red Sea Global.
Ulf Bremer: Over 30 Years of Global Hospitality Expertise
Ulf Bremer brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience to the role. His career includes senior leadership positions across multiple global markets, with assignments in China, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.
He has previously been associated with Four Seasons Hotel Moscow and has held leadership roles across luxury hotel brands. His experience spans operations, guest services, and strategic management across diverse hospitality environments.
Bremer’s connection with Saudi Arabia dates back to 1992, when he took on his first role outside Europe, marking the beginning of his international career. This earlier experience informs his current leadership approach in the region.
