Facilities include 202 accommodations comprising guest rooms, suites, and villas, each with private outdoor spaces, as well as wellness infrastructure such as the HYLIAA Wellness & Spa and curated outdoor experiences.

The resort will also feature the Discovery Centre, focused on regional ecosystems, alongside Corallium, a marine institute dedicated to conservation and research, reflecting the broader development vision of Red Sea Global.

Ulf Bremer brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience to the role. His career includes senior leadership positions across multiple global markets, with assignments in China, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.

He has previously been associated with Four Seasons Hotel Moscow and has held leadership roles across luxury hotel brands. His experience spans operations, guest services, and strategic management across diverse hospitality environments.
