Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Adelaide Quinn as its Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

With over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Adelaide brings a wealth of operational expertise, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to her new role.

Adelaide has been a vital part of the hotel’s Food & Beverage team since 2013, most recently serving as Director of Restaurants and Bars. She successfully led the operations of three restaurants and bars, in-room dining, and the poolside experience. Her leadership has been instrumental in the relaunch of AER, the city’s iconic rooftop bar, and the launch of Opus, the hotel’s all-day dining destination. She also curated and executed three editions of the World Gourmet Festival, welcoming Michelin-starred chefs and garnering wide recognition for the hotel’s culinary excellence.

In her new role, Adelaide will continue to oversee key dining experiences across the hotel, while working closely with the culinary and service teams to further enhance innovation and elevate the guest experience.
