PRISM appoints Ankit Tandon as Vice Chairman of G6 Hospitality and announces key leadership changes across brand performance, operations, and development.

PRISM, the parent company of G6 Hospitality, has appointed Ankit Tandon as Vice Chairman of G6 Hospitality, expanding his current responsibilities as global chief operating officer. The move is part of a broader leadership restructuring aimed at strengthening franchise operations, improving coordination, and supporting growth across the company’s North American portfolio.
Expanded Leadership Role for Ankit Tandon
In his new role, Ankit Tandon joins the G6 Hospitality Board of Directors alongside Chief Executive Officer Sonal Sinha. He will take on a more active role in engaging with franchise partners and building stronger local teams across the network. The restructuring also establishes a direct reporting line, with Sonal Sinha, the frontline G6 team, and corporate franchise support functions now reporting to Tandon to streamline decision-making and accountability.
The appointment reflects PRISM’s focus on aligning leadership with operational execution while reinforcing oversight across franchise operations. Tandon’s expanded mandate is expected to strengthen coordination between corporate strategy and on-ground implementation.
National Brand Performance Oversight Under Anuj Ladha
As part of the leadership changes, Anuj Ladha has been named national head of brand performance for G6 Hospitality. Reporting to CEO Sonal Sinha, Ladha’s role expands beyond his previous responsibility for the West region to now include the East region, making him the central point of contact for franchisee support across the country.
In this capacity, Ladha will oversee brand performance and operational execution across G6’s national footprint. His responsibilities include managing franchise owner relationships, resolving operational issues, and supervising Region Heads and Directors of Brand Performance. He will also share responsibility for renewals alongside Bhanu Mahajan.
Bhanu Mahajan to Lead U.S. and Canada Operations
Bhanu Mahajan has been appointed head of U.S. and Canada operations for G6 Hospitality and will report directly to Ankit Tandon. In this role, Mahajan will oversee operational support infrastructure across both markets, focusing on strengthening backend systems and franchise support services.
His responsibilities include managing the G6 helpdesk, ticketing systems, and issue resolution processes, ensuring that support teams are adequately staffed and responsive. He will also handle franchise satisfaction, owner support, and technical services, including OTA-related processes such as payment reconciliation and customer service. Additionally, Mahajan will co-manage franchise renewals alongside Ladha.
Development and Openings Strategy Led by Ankit Lahoti
Ankit Lahoti has been appointed development, openings and strategy lead for G6 Hospitality, reporting to CEO Sonal Sinha. Lahoti will oversee the company’s development pipeline, including property improvement plans (PIP) and hotel openings, while driving supply growth across the United States.
He will manage the openings and PIP team and lead the regional development function, with a focus on expanding G6’s footprint. The regional development team will report directly to Lahoti, aligning development strategy with operational goals.
Strategic Alignment Across Franchise Operations
The leadership restructuring comes as PRISM continues to strengthen its operating model across G6 Hospitality, OYO US, and Belvilla District 6. The new structure is designed to enhance coordination between leadership teams, improve franchise support systems, and streamline operational processes across multiple regions.
By aligning leadership roles across brand performance, operations, and development, the company aims to create a more integrated approach to managing its portfolio. The changes also reinforce accountability across functions while supporting franchise partners through a centralized and structured leadership framework.
With these appointments, PRISM has established a revised leadership structure at G6 Hospitality, with Ankit Tandon assuming his expanded responsibilities as Vice Chairman.
