Lama’s appointment spans Hilton’s portfolio in Bengaluru, including Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village. She will be responsible for aligning learning initiatives across these properties to ensure consistency in training delivery and operational standards.

Her earlier career includes roles with several hospitality brands. At Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru, she worked as Hotel Assistant Manager, contributing to operational and service functions. She also held positions at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru and Sheraton Grand under Marriott, where she worked as Assistant Manager – Training & Quality Assurance, focusing on service standards, quality processes, and team capability building.
