Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre Names Malabika Das Sales Director
Malabika Das joins Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC as Director of Sales with 16 years across Hyatt, Marriott and Accor.

HYDERABAD, Telangana — Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre has appointed Malabika Das as Director of Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership across MICE, weddings, corporate, leisure and social segments.
Das joins from Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, where she served as Director of Celebrations.
Malabika Das Brings 16 Years of Hospitality Sales Experience to HICC
Before Hyatt Regency Dehradun, Das was associated with Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences as Assistant Director of Sales. Her career also includes roles at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, JW Marriott Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Kolkata, ErevMax Pvt. Ltd. and ITC Sonar Kolkata.
Her background spans corporate accounts, MICE, weddings, social events, OTA management, revenue generation and team leadership across India's major hospitality markets.
New Role Covers Full Commercial Strategy at Convention Destination
In her new position, Das will lead the sales function for Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, focusing on key market relationships, revenue opportunities and the property's corporate and social event portfolio.

"Her extensive experience across hospitality sales, celebrations, corporate accounts, weddings, and revenue management makes her a valuable addition to our leadership team," Cherian said. "Malabika's strategic approach, market understanding, and strong relationship-building skills will play an important role in driving our next phase of commercial growth."
