Singh joins Le Méridien Navi Mumbai from Radisson Noida, where she served as People & Culture Manager. Her work there covered employee engagement, talent development, statutory compliance and organisational effectiveness — the core pillars of a functioning hotel HR department, and areas where she built a consistent record over her time at the property.
At Le Méridien Navi Mumbai, she takes on the Human Resources Manager role with responsibility for people practices, culture and team development at a full-service Marriott International property in one of Mumbai's major business and commercial corridors.
Eleven Years in Hospitality HR Including Two Pre-Opening Stints
Singh has spent 11 years working in hospitality human resources, and two of those experiences involved pre-opening teams — setting up HR frameworks, systems and processes before a hotel opens its doors.
