Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has appointed Unnati Gala and Amruta Anant Bowlekar as Senior Sales Managers in March 2026 in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, the hotel said, strengthening its sales leadership to support business development, corporate partnerships, and revenue generation at the property.

Appointments Announced to Strengthen Sales Team

The dual appointment was confirmed by the hotel as part of its strategy to expand sales operations and improve market reach in Rajasthan’s hospitality sector. In her new role, Unnati Gala will drive the resort’s strategic business development and revenue growth initiatives. An alumna of Sir JJ School of Commercial Arts, she joins from The Lalit Hotels, where she played a key role in managing high-value accounts and securing large-scale commercial projects. At Jaisalmer Marriott, she will focus on building long-term corporate partnerships, positioning the resort as a preferred destination for India’s elite business and social segments.

Meanwhile, Amruta Anant Bowlekar will act as a strategic link between Jaisalmer and key domestic markets, with a strong focus on Mumbai and Western India. With over nine years of experience across leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and Marriott International, she brings deep expertise in luxury positioning and market engagement.

An alumna of SNDT Women's University, Bowlekar most recently served at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, where she successfully managed high-profile corporate conferences and large-scale MICE events, consistently delivering a guest-first approach.

Focus on Destination Weddings and Events

Jaisalmer has emerged as a destination for weddings and group events, contributing to increased demand for hospitality services in the region. The hotel said Gala and Bowlekar will focus on strengthening the resort’s presence in this segment by building relationships with event planners and corporate clients.
