JAIPUR, Rajasthan — Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur has appointed Varun Pandey as Hotel Manager, bringing over a decade of sales and operations experience to the property's leadership team.
Pandey will oversee day-to-day operations, guest experience, commercial performance and team leadership at the hotel.
Varun Pandey Brings Sales and Operations Background to Fairfield Jaipur
Pandey joins from Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing, driving commercial performance and revenue growth initiatives.
Before that, he spent nearly four years as Director of Sales and Marketing at Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, leading sales strategy and business development for the property.
Career Profile
Pandey spent six years at Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, progressing through roles including Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales. Earlier in his career, he worked with Pullman Hotels and Resorts.
His combination of sales leadership and hotel operations experience gives him working knowledge of both the commercial and operational sides of hospitality management.
New Role as General Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur
As Hotel Manager, Pandey will be responsible for service standards, team development and overall business performance at the property.
