Tiwari has over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management and banquet sales. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Assistant Manager at La Place Sarovar Portico Lucknow from June 2018 to April 2020.

He also worked as Food and Beverage Manager at the same property and held earlier roles with Vivanta by Taj hotels in Goa, Lucknow and Jodhpur, progressing through operational leadership positions.

Tiwari was recognised as a Top 30 Best General Manager in 2024 by Indian Start-up Times and achieved high profitability metrics, including 63% food and beverage profitability and 53% gross operating profit in April 2022.
