He also worked as a Barista with Qatar Airways between February 2022 and June 2024, handling beverage preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Raza has over five years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to international and regional brands including Novotel Hotels, Hilton and Qatar Airways. His experience spans roles such as senior waiter, barista, F&B supervisor and assistant restaurant manager, with a focus on guest service, team leadership and operational efficiency.

His skill set includes inventory management, cash handling, food safety compliance and team building, along with experience in handling financial and operational reporting.

Education and Background

Raza holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Business Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management in India. He is fluent in English and Hindi, with working knowledge of Arabic and Bengali.
