India’s Jindal Steel Adds Gulfstream G700 for Corporate Aviation Operations

Indian industrial conglomerate Jindal Steel and Power has expanded its corporate aviation fleet with the addition of a new Gulfstream G700 registered in India and will be used primarily for executive travel, and jet represents one of the most advanced aircraft in the business aviation sector and significantly enhances the company’s private aviation capabilities.

Gulfstream G700 is known for its extended range, spacious cabin, and high‑speed performance, allowing non‑stop intercontinent travel. The aircraft can fly more than 7,500 nautical miles and is designed to connect major global business hubs with minimal travel time.

Jindal Steel and Power is part of the broader industrial group led by Indian businessman Naveen Jindal including steel, mining, and energy, with major facilities in international markets.

The addition of the new jet reflects the growing demand for corporate aviation among comapnies, where private aircraft are increasingly used to support executive mobility, international business travel, and time‑sensitive operations.

Business aviation in India has seen gradual growth in recent years as companies seek more flexible travel solutions compared with commercial airline schedules. With the new aircraft joining its fleet, Jindal Steel and Power further strengthens its capacity for efficient global travel.
