NEW DELHI, June 24, 2026 — Novotel New Delhi City Centre opens Padharo Mhare Feast, a Rajasthani food festival at its Food Exchange restaurant from June 26 through July 5, offering guests authentic regional dishes and live cooking stations.
The event features a curated menu celebrating classic Rajasthani flavours and traditions, combining vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties with handcrafted breads and desserts. The festival runs nightly from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the hotel’s all-day dining venue, Food Exchange.
Padharo Mhare Feast Brings Rajasthan to Delhi
Designed by Chef Chetan Singh, Master Chef at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, with support from Chef Umesh Singh, Executive Chef at Novotel New Delhi City Centre, the feast showcases time-honoured Rajasthani recipes and spices at buffet and live stations. Many dishes reflect the desert state’s rich culinary heritage.
“Rajasthani cuisine is rooted in tradition and known for its bold flavours and timeless recipes,” said Chef Chetan Singh. “Padharo Mhare Feast brings not only the food but also the culture and spirit of Rajasthan to our guests.”

Guests can savour regional classics such as kachoris, traditional breads, tangy curries and handcrafted sweets prepared on site. The restaurant ambience enhances the experience with elements inspired by Rajasthani hospitality and cuisine.
The event invites locals, tourists, and food enthusiasts to explore the diversity of Indian regional cuisine in a single setting. Pricing is set at INR 2,995 plus taxes per person.
