Radisson Hotel Sector 29, Gurugram has announced the elevation of Rajni Balhara to the position of Rooms Division Manager
Rajni joined the hotel in 2023 as Front Office Manager. Since then, she has made a big impact by improving the guest experience and building a strong, motivated team. Her hard work was recognized with two major awards – Front Office Manager of the Year 2024 and Best Employee of the Year 2023.

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Radisson, she worked with top hotel brands like Heritage Village Resort, Golden Tulip, and Crowne Plaza. She is known for supporting her team, encouraging learning, and always aiming for high service standards.
