With more than 23 years of experience in the culinary industry, Rathour is expected to enhance the venue’s dining offerings with his expertise in Indian cuisine.
Chef Rathour is widely recognized for his ability to combine traditional Indian culinary techniques with modern innovations, creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Extensive Culinary Experience
Before joining The Imperia by Dhaba, Rathour served as Executive Chef at The Yellow Chilli in Johns Creek, Georgia, where he introduced innovative dishes that received strong appreciation from diners and critics alike. His leadership played an important role in strengthening the restaurant’s culinary reputation.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Culinary Manager at Mehfil Restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, where he led menu innovation, ensured quality standards, and maintained strict hygiene protocols in daily kitchen operations.

Chef Rathour’s culinary journey also includes key roles at several prestigious five-star hotels in New Delhi, including The Lalit Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Claridges, and Crowne Plaza.
