Virgin atlantic has confirmed it will begin installing Starlink high-speed satellite connectivity across its fleet from May 2026, starting with its Airbus A350 aircraft, as part of a plan to deliver free, fleet-wide Wi-Fi by 2027.

The first customer flight equipped with Starlink is scheduled to operate in early May on the VS153 service between London Heathrow and New York JFK.
