Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Mallika Rai as its Learning and Quality Manager

Mallika brings over two decades of rich and diverse experience in hospitality operations  and training. Her proven leadership in Learning and Development, combined with her  operational acumen, makes her a valuable asset to our team. 

Prior to joining Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Mallika served as the pre opening Learning & Development Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Surat. Her hospitality  journey began at the Taj, where she transitioned from the Front Office to Learning and  Development, underscoring her adaptability and commitment to professional growth.

“We are delighted to welcome Mallika to our leadership team,” said Subhrajit Bardhan, General Manager of Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. “Her  extensive experience, passion for people development, and dedication to excellence will  play a crucial role in elevating our service standards and guest satisfaction.” 

Following her tenure at the Taj, she spent nearly five years with Accor, where she  played a pivotal role in advancing Learning & Development initiatives across a range  of brands including Mercure, Novotel, and Grand Mercure. Her contributions were  instrumental in shaping training frameworks and fostering a culture of continuous  improvement.
