With over eight years of expertise in guest services across leading hospitality brands, Rumi has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to service excellence, guest loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Before joining Novotel Guwahati, Rumi gained valuable experience with renowned hotels such as Novotel Mumbai, Radisson Kandla, Radisson Mumbai, and The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the entire front office operations at Novotel Guwahati GS Road, driving Revenue Per Stay (RPS), enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
